These provisions govern the use of the services provided on Internet portal www.tallerwk.com (hereinafter, the “Portal”), which TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. makes available to Internet users.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L.’s registered office is located at Calle Juan de Olías, 4 bajo derecha, 28020 Madrid (Spain) and they hold Spanish Tax Identification Number B85733418.

Access to this site is free of charge except with regard to the connection cost associated with the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider hired by each User. Access to certain services is exclusively reserved to our clients and therefore restricted.

By using the Portal, you become a Portal user (hereinafter, the “User”) and you agree to all the terms and conditions established in this Legal Notice. The Portal services are provided strictly over the time during which the User stays connected to it or to any service provided through it. The User must therefore read this Legal Notice carefully each time they plan to use the Portal, since the Portal and/or the terms and conditions established in this Legal Notice may be amended from time to time.

Certain Portal services available to Internet users or exclusively to TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L.’s clients may be subject to special conditions, regulations and/or terms that shall, where applicable, supersede, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice and be accepted by the User before the provision of the relevant service can start.

  1. Intellectual and industrial property.

All of the contents of this Portal, including but not limited to its texts, photographs, graphic elements, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audio-visual or sound-based contents, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Content”), are the intellectual and industrial property of TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. or of third parties. Under no circumstances can Users be considered to have been transferred the exploitation rights granted over the contents by current legislation regarding intellectual and industrial property, except for those that are strictly necessary for using the Portal.

All trademarks, brand names and branded elements are the property of TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. or third parties. Access to the Portal shall not be construed to grant any right whatsoever over said trademarks, brand names and/or branded elements.

  1. Portal’s terms and conditions.

3.1 General terms

The User shall use the Portal appropriately and in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. and/or to third parties for any damages that may result from failure to comply with the aforementioned obligation.

3.3 Data collection forms

Without prejudice to Clause 5 of this Legal Notice and the privacy policies available on the Portal which may apply in each case, certain services and/or requests to TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. are only available to Users who have filled in the relevant user registration form.

All the information provided by the User through forms in the Portal for the aforementioned purposes or for any other purposes must be truthful. For such purpose, the User hereby guarantees the truthfulness of any data they may provide.   1. Disclaimer of liability.

4.1 Regarding the information

Users which access the Portal hereby acknowledge that TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. do not make any warranty regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, completeness or validity of any of the information provided therein.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L.  shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the information provided in the Portal nor for any damages caused to the User or any third parties as a consequence of actions performed solely as a direct result of the information provided therein.

4.2 Regarding service quality

Users which access the Portal hereby acknowledge that TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. do not make any warranty regarding absence or presence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer elements. In any case, the User is expected to have adequate tools in place to detect and eliminate harmful computer software.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. shall not be held liable for any damage caused during the provision of any Portal services to any computer equipment belonging to the Users or to any third parties.

4.3 Regarding service availability

Accessing the Portal requires third-party supply and provision of services, including transfers through telecommunication networks for whose reliability, quality, consistency and availability TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. shall not be held liable. Therefore, the services provided through the Portal may be halted, cancelled or unavailable during or prior to service provision on the Portal.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. shall not be held liable for any damages, of any nature, caused to the User as a result of failure or disconnection from telecommunication networks which may result in the halting, cancellation or temporary disruption of the Portal service prior or during service provision.

4.4 Regarding content and services that the Portal provides links to

The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools which allow the User to access other web pages and Internet portals (hereinafter, the “Linked Sites”). In these cases, TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. act as providers of an intermediate service as set forth by article 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 12th, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI in Spanish), and shall only be held liable for contents and services provided on the Linked Sites in cases where they are aware of the unlawfulness thereof and have failed to duly deactivate the link. Should the User consider that any of the Linked Sites contains unlawful or inadequate contents, they may bring this to the attention of TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. observing the procedure and purposes set forth in Clause 6 herein. However, such communication shall in no way render TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. liable for the removal of the relevant link.

5.1. Entry of data for Processing.

Data collected through data collection forms on the Portal will be entered into an automated data Processing system for which TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. is responsible. This entity shall treat the data as confidential and shall process them solely for the purpose of managing the relationship with their clients and promoting the Group’s businesses. Moreover, TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. shall cancel, delete and/or block the data when it is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary, or when it no longer serves its initial purpose, pursuant to the legislation on data protection.

5.2. Sending CVs.

CVs and job enquiries gathered through the forms, email addresses or links on this site shall be incorporated into TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L.’s Payrolls, Staff and Human Resources processing system and may be used in employee selection processes at TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L.

5.3. Right to access, to rectification, to cancellation, to object and to data portability.

Such request must include all of the following information: name and surname (s) of the user, address for communication, copy of Spanish National Identity Document (DNI) or Passport, and a text describing the request. If the User wishes to be represented by a representative for this purpose, any such representative must submit a valid legal document to prove that they are duly authorised to act on the User’s behalf.

5.4. Adoption of security measures.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. implements security measures that meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as a communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee absolute technical security. Data leaks resulting from malicious actions by third parties may take place.

5.5. Personal data of minors.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. shall not knowingly gather, use or disclose personal data pertaining to individuals who are less than 18 years of age without prior consent from the holder/s of parental responsibility thereof (their mother, their father or their legal guardian) provided off-line by direct contact.   1. Use of cookies.

TALLER DE COMUNICACIÓN GLOBAL S.L. may use cookies during provision of services on the Portal.
